Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During periods of high demand processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and are always working to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages AquaticBlast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost please contact us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
